Focus in particular on the homicide rates in developing countries as that was double the homicide rate in developed countries.
Increase law enforcement efficiency through better schooling and training in order to prevent crimes from occurring as well as taking criminals off of the street so that they cannot harm more people.
Rescue men, women and children from unsafe and illegal situations, such as forced labour and human trafficking.
Work on improving governmental policies such as gun and drug laws as those two areas in particular have direct correlations with the homicide rate around the world.
Rehabilitate convicted criminals to prevent them from committing more crimes.

End abuse, exploitation, trafficking and all forms of violence against and torture of children
Increase parental education to teach them about the consequences of violence towards their children for both the child, e.g. mental scarring or conditions like shaken baby syndrome, and the parent, such as having their baby taken away or imprisonment.
Work to prevent all forms of bullying, in particular in schools and online.
Work as a counsellor to children who are victims of any crime.
Rescue children from situations that are dangerous to them, such as forced labour, human trafficking or sexual abuse from strangers or family members.

Help ensure equal access to justice for all

Combat all forms of organized crime

Substantially reduce corruption and bribery in all their forms

By 2030, provide legal identity for all, including birth registration
