At the end of this session you will have a better idea of what things are important to you and what you really value in life. Using a grid of what you could HAVE, DO or BE, we look at a wide range of potential ‘most valuable’ things:
- Things you have – your possessions
- Things you do – your work, sport, recreation
- Things you are – your character, personality, identity
As you home in on some of these ideas, a picture emerges of what you really value. These values will help shape a vision for the kinds of things that will bring meaning and satisfaction to your life.
